Progressive Turnout Project Condemns Nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to US Supreme Court
Progressive Turnout Project Executive Director Alex Morgan released the following statement regarding nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to US Supreme Court
“Progressive Turnout Project is mobilizing its 2+ million supporters to call on the Senate to reject Donald Trump’s nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.”
“Brett Kavanaugh has proven repeatedly that he will bring an ultra-conservative agenda to the Supreme Court and work to overturn decades of legal precedent–putting our fundamental rights at risk.”
“Tonight, Donald Trump has taken aim at our healthcare, workers’ rights, the environment, campaign finance reform, and much more.”
“This nomination is a slap in the face to American civil liberties and civil rights and we must stop it.”
