Progressive Turnout Project Launches $140,000 campaign in Mississippi
Grassroots-funded organization running digital ads and sending mail in Senate runoff

CHICAGO—Progressive Turnout Project will send digital ads, mail, and staff to Mississippi in support of Democrat Mike Espy. According to National Field Director Brian Koppe, the group plans to spend approximately $140,000 on the effort.
“Progressive Turnout Project is doing our part to reach inconsistent Democratic voters and people of color by spending $140,000 on digital ads, mail, and staff on the ground in the final days of the campaign,” said Koppe.
The ads will run between now and the runoff election on Tuesday, November 27. The ads encourage voters to support Espy as well as confirm their polling place on the Mississippi Secretary of State’s website.

Espy was endorsed by Progressive Turnout Project earlier this month and received the maximum contribution from the organization for the general election.
