Progressive Turnout Project Congratulates Katie Porter on California Primary Victory
Progressive Turnout Project Executive Director Alex Morgan released the following statement regarding the California Primary Election:
“Congratulations to Katie Porter on last night’s victory in California’s 45th congressional district. Progressive Turnout Project already has staff on the ground across the district and looks forward to doing everything we can to hold California Republicans accountable on November 6.”
“Mimi Walters has been standing beside Donald Trump since before he secured the Republican nomination and she’s voted with him more than 98 percent of the time. She’s an extreme conservative and we’ve already heard from voters that they’re ready for a change.”
“Now that we have our nominee, Progressive Turnout Project is ready to roll up our sleeves, pound the pavement, and do everything we can to elect Katie Porter in November.”
Progressive Turnout Project announced an $8 million program investment that includes California’s 45th congressional district. The organization has an office and staff based in Santa Ana.
