Progressive Turnout Project Congratulates Sharice Davids on Kansas Primary Victory
Progressive Turnout Project Executive Director Alex Morgan released the following statement regarding the Kansas Democratic Primary Election:

“Congratulations to Sharice Davids on last night’s victory in Kansas’ 3rd Congressional District. For more than two months, Progressive Turnout Project has been talking with voters across the district and looks forward to doing everything we can to replace Kevin Yoder on November 6.”
“We’re excited by Sharice’s campaign because we know that she’s going to get up and go to work every day to find solutions that help real people thrive in Kansas and across the country.”
“Kevin Yoder’s campaigns have been fueled by special interests and we’ve seen the results in his votes to rip away healthcare from Kansans and provide massive tax cuts for corporations. Fortunately, on November 6, Kansas voters can elect Sharice Davids to truly represent the residents of this state.”
“Now that we have our nominee, Progressive Turnout Project is ready to roll up our sleeves, pound the pavement, and do everything we can to elect Sharice Davids in November.”
Progressive Turnout Project is on pace to spend at least $350,000 in Kansas’ 3rd District as part of a previously announced 18 district field program. The organization has an office and staff based in Overland Park.
